But if you need fine casting surface finish, the spare parts can be casted by silica sol casting process to achieve the CT4-6 casting tolerances and Ra 6.3 casting surface finish.
If large elevator casting spare parts, sand casting or shell mold casting is OK. The elevator wheel is produced by Iron Sand Casting and Heat treating process to assure the high hardness on grooves.
