Process of our crankshafts
Forging crankshaft: Crankshafts can be forged from a steel bar usually through roll forging, mold forging, hot forging and precision machining process.
Casting Crankshaft: Can be casted by using sand casting, shell mold casting, investment casting and precision machining.
The main material we offer is ductile iron.
